Aqua Gym Ltd. will send you a confirmation letter by mail no later than 7 day after your hand in the application form and payment, if you have not receive any contact from Aqua Gym after this period, please call Aqua Gym to check your booking status.

I WANT TO CONTINUE AND SIGN-UP FOR NEXT TERM BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT LEVEL SHOULD I BOOK INTO?

In the application form there are First Choice and Second Choice for you to fill in. In the First Choice column you can write down you child currently enrolled class, and the Second Choice you can write down one level higher in case your child pass the swimming assessment and can move up to next level

All fees are non-refundable unless your application is not accepted.

No Make-up lesson, refund or credit will be given for non-attendance of lessons for
any reasons or sickness (except bad weather).
不論任何原因或身體不適缺席均不設補課或退款 (除因天氣問題外).

Private lessons can be rescheduled once a month only without additional charge. A single lesson fee will be charged if a pupil fails to give 5 hours advance notice of re-scheduling a class (To re-schedule private lesson, please call 2914-0658)
私人教授泳班,每月只可調動一次而不需另外收費,如需調動私人教授泳班的日期,
請於課堂開始前五小時通知本會 (電話 2914-0658),否則將會被收取多一堂費用.

Courses will be automatically cancelled if Red/Black rain warning or hoisting of the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above 45 minutes prior to your class starts. Classes will continue in the rain or thunderstorm warning. If weather is poor, please call
29140658 (Aqua Gym Ltd.) or 29877382 (Siena Reception) to check your class.

Currently enrolled swimmer: Priority to renew before 15thOct for WINTER term and
15th Jan for SPRING term. Swimmer must bring alone the filled form and lesson
fee upon renewing a course.

New comers: will be allocated a place after 15th Oct for WINTER term and 15th
Jan for SPRING term.
