Triathlon- long thought to be the domain of a super-fit few, but actually doing a triahtlon is easier than it looks. Triathlon is just a cross training and balance workouts, it is also a good way to get fit and stay fit. Many professional athletes they also do the triathlon to keep them stay interested in sport. Triathlon also a good way to meet lots of new friends from three difference disciplines (Just make sure you have that much of time to socialize with them)
A golden rule for beginner in triathlon is "Resist the temptation to getting too fast at the beginning, Triathlon is a sport of endurance not 100m sprint"

Distance of Triathlon Races (swim-Bike-Run)
Sprint distance: 750m swim, 20 km Bike, 5km Run
Olympic distance: 1500m Swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
Ironman distance; 3800m swim, 180km bike, 42 km run

Adult Triathlon Swimming Triathlon 成人三項鐵人游泳訓練

Entry Requirement: 400m freestyle in 8 mins 30 sec.

This is a all year round swimming triathlon for serious triathletes. Our coaches offer you expert advice on: stroke correction and triathlon open swim techniques. This training will focus on improving endurance and speed by different training methods such as repetition, interval, pyramids and negative splits training. Aqua Gym will endorse all squad members to join the competitions organized by Hong Kong Triathlon Association.

IRON-Kids Duathlon (Bike & Run) Training陸上兩項小鐵人(單車及跑步)

The training will feature: bike skills and drills, starting and stopping, shifting, cornering, riding safely in groups, run skills and drills, running form and technique, proper breathing, warm-up and cool-down and Transition practice.

Road safety will be covered

Equipment needed: Helmet, gloves, road bike or mountain bike with shifting gear.

Beginner class 7-10 y.o.

Advance class 11-16 y.o.
